7-day refund on new subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid AEOlens plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency) for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
To request a refund: email contact@aeolens.aiwith subject line "Refund request — [your email address]". We will process the refund within 5 business days.
What is not eligible for refund
- Subscription renewals (second month onwards)
- Partial billing periods after downgrade
- Plan upgrades where the higher-tier features have been used
- Free plan (no charge applies)
- Simulation credit top-ups that have been consumed
Cancellation vs refund
Cancellation stops future billing. Your account reverts to the free plan at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not trigger a refund.
Refund returns the payment for the current period. Refunds are only available within the 7-day window on first-time subscriptions.
How to cancel
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription in your AEOlens dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
